Professor Roger Bernhardt is the author of CEB’s California Mortgage and Deed of Trust Practice and writes regular columns for its “Real Property Law Reporter” and for the American College of Mortgage Attorneys. Stephen Dyer, former chair of the Real Property Section of the State Bar of California, publishes (along with Bernhardt) the annual Deering’s California Real Estate Laws for Lexis. Daniel Bogart, chair of the Real Estate Transactions Section of the AALS, is the author of Commercial Leasing: A Transactional Primer. Dan Schechter is the author of Westlaw’s “Commercial Finance Newsletter” and writes the quarterly column for the LA County Bar’s Commercial and Bankruptcy Section.
