The fifth edition includes material incorporating recent Supreme Court decisions such as Sackett, Loper Bright Enterprises, and SEC v. Jarkesy, as well as the latest statutory and regulatory changes. The book can be used as the main text in an upper-level environmental law practice course or as a supplement in the foundational course. It has also been frequently used in environmental law clinics to help students quickly gain the research tools and fundamental procedural knowledge necessary to successfully practice.
