I received the incorrect item and/or incorrect quantities of items. What can I do?

First, check the packing slip included with your shipment and, if you have an account, review your order summary to verify the items listed. If the items you received match what was in your cart at checkout, please note that it is the customer's responsibility to ensure the correct items and quantities are in the cart before completing an order. In this case, we're unable to cover return shipping, but you're welcome to return the items in accordance with our Return Policy and place a new order for the correct items.

If the items you received do not match your packing slip or order summary, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery at custserv@barristerbooks.com or call us at 1-866-808-5635 (Monday–Friday, 10am–4pm CST). We'll provide a prepaid return shipping label for the incorrect items and promptly ship the correct ones to you.
