Need to return your purchase for a refund?

We want to make returns as easy as possible! Most items can be returned within 30 days of receipt in their original condition. Items showing signs of use (highlighting, writing, etc.) may be partially refunded or ineligible for a refund. Questions? Reach us at custserv@barristerbooks.com.

1. Start Your Return Use our interactive returns process with your order # and ship-to ZIP code to generate a prepaid USPS label (printer required). A flat $7.00 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund, or the actual shipping cost if your return exceeds 9 lbs.

Rentals returned at the end of the rental period are exempt from this fee.

2. Prepare Your Package Pack your items securely, include a copy of your packing slip or order confirmation, and affix your shipping label — making sure no other tracking labels are visible.

3. Ship It Hand off your package to your USPS carrier, drop it at your nearest post office, or schedule a free at-home pickup.

What Happens Next? Refunds are processed within 3 - 5 days of delivery and applied to your original payment method. Credit card refunds may take an additional 5 business days to post. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If you choose not to use our prepaid label, return shipping is at your expense.
