Volume II contains a detailed analysis of the substantive aspects of EU banking law, starting with the EU rules governing the authorisation, prudential regulation and supervision of credit institutions (Part I), and then moving to those governing crisis prevention and crisis management in the EU banking system, including (but not confined to) the resolution of credit institutions (Part II).
